Tirumalesh & Co Chartered Accountants was established in the year 2017 by Mr. Tirumalesh Malla, a Chartered Accountant. He along with his team of professionals through their unrelenting quest for excellence have established their presence in the related professional field.

Mr. M Tirumalesh is the Proprietor of the firm M/s Tirumalesh & Co. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of standing in the profession of Chartered Accountancy and Consulting. He has Post Qualification in Information Systems Audit and also had certified Arbitration Professional. He is specialized in the fields of Audit of Corporate Sector, Tax Planning of various corporate and Non-Corporate bodies, Start up Advisory, Business Advisory, Fund Raising, Business Valuation and Due Diligence.
Experience:
He had been a Partner of a leading Firm of Chartered Accountants in Hyderabad earlier and handled internal audits and statutory audits of both listed and unlisted companies consisting of manufacturing sector, information technology, service providers etc. Apart from auditing his areas of expertise also includes Tax planning of various corporate and non- corporate bodies. By virtue of his enduring interest in the field of taxation he has gained a unique expertise in tax planning and tax representation before the authorities.
Exposure:
During the course of his professional practice, he was exposed to diverse experience in the fields of Installation of Accounting System, Audit and Taxation of Corporate bodies, vis-à-vis a broad range of industries and businesses. He spearheads the taxation services of the firm and his expertise in the domain of taxation includes his specialization in tax planning for corporate entities, non-corporate entities and high net worth individuals, representation of large corporate entities before the Department of Income Tax, transfer pricing, double taxation avoidance etc., He is conversant with project funding and negotiation with the banks for tying up debt requirements of the clients.
